Inzwischen ist bekannt,  dass der Corona-Aufklärer Dr. Reiner Füllmich verurteilt wurde. So unerwartet wie die Urteilsverkündung kam, konnte ich die Verhandlung vor dem Urteil gar nicht so schnell veröffentlichen. Da jedoch nicht ausschließlich das Ergebnis aus meiner Sicht als Gerichtsreporterin entscheidend ist, sondern die vollständige Dokumentation dieses Prozesses, steht auch der 52. Prozesstag also der Tag vor der Urteilsverkündung am 24.04.2025 als Zeitzeugnis zu Ihrer Verfügung. An diesem Tag erreichte der harte Kampf zwischen dem Angeklagten und dem Gericht seinen Höhepunkt. Während der Angeklagte dem Gericht Rechtsbeugung Vorwurf und eine Strafanzeige ankündigte, konterte das Gericht mit dem Vorwurf des Rechtsmissbrauchs wegen sachfremder Äußerungen, ehrverletzender Äußerungen und überlanger Plädoyers.

Da das Urteil im Namen des Volkes gesprochen wird, kamen in unseren Gerichtsreportagen vor allem die vor Ort anwesenden Zuschauer, die in der Mehrheit Spender waren zu Wort, zumal ihre Motivationslage in diesem Verfahren keine Berücksichtigung fand obwohl von ihnen das Geld für die Aufklärungsarbeit kam.
